Included, but not limited to, game plans for the shift, troubleshooting, break schedules, team meetings, stand-ups, pass downs, and tuning. As Team lead, our team vastly improved in safety, quality, and improvements across the board. Regularly conducted experiments and implemented upgrades to the E500 and XR80 toolsets to increase safety and quality, reduce cost, and decrease down time.
