Asked to take on a newly formed leadership position within the Cloud Infrastructure Services ERP Practice.

Accountable for the overall success of the practices outsourcing service transition projects. Drove internal

and external project managers and technical teams to achieve planning, execution, monitoring, and control

of transition project plans (total contract values per client $5M-$10M).

Owned delivery of all transition services over both a 9-month (Kronos) and 10-month (Meijer) period

SAP Technical Program Manager (Diageo North America Release B Project, Project Unity Releases 9, 10)

Reported to IBM Account Executive for Diageo. Responsible for all components of the SAP

Basis/Technical/Infrastructure SOW, including project management of a multi-year, multi-release global

business transformation program.

Worked with SAP Solutions: R/3 Enterprise 4.7, BW (3.5), XI (3.0). MDM (5.5 SP3).

Functioned as the customer-facing point-of-contact in North America for all SAP technical infrastructure

and solution implementations.

Collaborated with IBM IT architect in design and strategy of SAP solution planning to create a single,

global supply chain.

Managed global merger of two production R/3 4.7 systems (2.4 TB and 300 GB) and two production BW

3.5 systems. Consolidated three disparate SAP production environments into one single global instance

each for R/3 and BW including Unicode conversion.

Coordinated all activities from requirements to implementation: system builds, SAPGUI, interfaces,
