Receiving and executing the orders from Dealers and Sales

Coordinating with sales team and assisting with relevant document while they are in field.

Sending proforma, Estimation, Offers, Quotations as per sales team requirement

Raising the invoice on confirmed order.

Preparing the e-sugam for transporting the company products

Sales tax monitoring and processing

Monitoring the Logistic process and confirmation status from the Logistic team.

Follow up the outstanding bills for clearance from the customers, dealers, distributors and fitment partners.

Follow up the C-forms collection periodically and maintain the periodic receipt of the C-forms. Updating the c-forms online to commercial tax department and to get acknowledgement. Submitting c-forms along with acknowledgements to Commercial tax department.

Preparing the MIS report on business status, tracking, sales forecast, Order processing status, competitive matrix, Sales analysis report periodically to Senior Deputy General Manager

Preparing the periodic MIS report on order execution and consolidated sales report to Senior DGM.

Receiving and executing the orders for the car components from the Distributors, Dealers and Fitment partners

Attending the customer queries regarding car components over phone, through mail or directly with the customer.

Monitoring the import and export activities.

Collecting the pipeline status from the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) regarding the pipeline status like how many customers are made down payment, how many are in Transit place and how many vehicles are retailed. Then collated report is sent our RSM (Regional Sales Manager)

Tracking the Business status with the Dealers Sales Managers and tracking report was sent to Regional Sales Manager.

Tracking the vehicles in stock with the stock report which was given from the Logistic department according to our allocation made by our Regional Sales Manager.

Assisting the Territory Sales Manager to get TC approval by providing the corresponding ARAI (Automotive Research Authority of India) certificates.

Preparing the competitor Market share analysis throughout south region.

Preparing the Financier Matrix for a particular month regarding the Vehicle retail.

ADDITIONAL ROLE PERFORMED:

E-COMMERCE BUSINESS

We had tie-up with e-commerce frontiers like Snap deal, Flipkart and Amazon with our products

In this ecommerce I had updated the stocks status on daily basis

Tracking all the orders which were published in our ecommerce site

Escalating the orders with variants whether prepaid or COD basis to billing

Arranging the consignment on priority basis with our Logistic partners

Ensure the customer with tracking details to get the product in assured day and time.

Escalate the pending orders with our GM and CEO to non-availability or any other technical related issued and solve them as early as possible by prioritizing.

Follow-up all the pending order with our e-commerce partners.

Current CTC : 35,000/-PM
