Job Description:

Experience in Export and Domestic Process as Trainee (Supply chain Mgt) and deputed to Kitting process as Jr.Executive, Responsible of 2,00,000 sqft warehouse activities including Documentation, shipping and receiving raw materials and finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records. People management responsibilities include planning and assigning daily work, Handling issues, and resolving problems.

Project 1- Export process

Receiving Materials from Ford and Supplier, visual checking against invoice, filling the incoming check list and material proper staging, repacking the material.

Preparing the mixed case label and report, stacking the material pallet wise, preparing the Container Loading Check Sheet (CLCS) with container details and mixed label.

Outbound-73 Transaction in CMMS, preparing the Bill of Entry, Commercial invoices, mailing scan copies of invoice to the Ford to receive Tax invoice and ARE1.

Container (FCL&LCL) stuffing through case list and invoice, dispatch updating in reports and register, Documentation, Gate pass preparation.

Preparing the manual invoice for Returnable Steel Racks (RSR), return sending to the Customer. Proper record maintaining for RSR details.

Project 2-(Domestic) Inbound operation process:

To managing the entire inbound Operation flow (Create ASN using line file for receiving materials with help of CMMS invoice).

Monitoring the LPN affixing of every pallet and separate the Discrepancy pallets

Using LPN Concept track and allocate the Locations to Receiving Materials for Put away.

Monitoring the Put way audit Process, Binning Process for incoming consignments and arrest the Location Mismatch issues and Part no’s issues.

Outbound operation process:

Analysis the Order (Shipping Instruction) trigger from Customer team through E-Smart and handover to CSR using GICS for Making Shipment.

Monitoring the Outbound process Such as Picking, Palletizing, Kitting, Staging, Vanning and Loading.

Coordinate with Customer and prioritize the Orders based on their requirements & ageing.

Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.

Following up on work schedules and Implemented 5s on warehouse environment.

Analyzing the Shipping consignment and Segregate the Moving and Non Moving of Parts in to different location Monthly basis for better utilization of space.

Achievements & New Project Implementations

Handling the new project like case picking, kitting and design the layout for kitting & completed kitting process for a specific car module Ford New Fiesta B299 Group-1 to Group-6 trolley kit within given time period

Implemented the barcode scanning process for Inbound process & Inventory Efficiency
