I am a multitask officer who handles HR/Admin Officer/Safety Officer at Unifrutti Tropical Philippines, Inc – Biotechnology and Research Services (UTPI-BRS) from March 2014 - present; BRS is one of the Department of Unifrutti, the only research laboratory of the Unifrutti Group with main office located at Km. 15, Panacan, Davao City but our laboratory located at MKAVI Compound, Patag, Alanib, Lantapan Bukidnon. BRS caters the needs of Unifrutti Group Farms and its Growers in terms of services of different analysis (e.g soil, leaf etc.) and detection and solution of banana plant diseases.

As HR/Admin/Safety Officer below are the following tasks per assignment;

Human Resource

oInterview and screen all possible applicants and endorse them to department head and management for final screening

oProcess documents from hiring to firing

oInitiate counseling, manpower disciplinary action and loss shepherd counseling with delinquent employees

oConduct training for mandatory requirements company policies, government mandatory and safety (health given by nurses and environment given by corporate in-charge for environment)

oReview employees records for tardiness and absenteeism

oReview 201 files, monitor contract and status of each employees and keep tract all employees records in all levels

oReview monthly manpower updates

oFacilitate and monitor health benefit affiliation to hospitals / dentals and optical

oOthers that is required by company concerns confidential matters

oSubmit yearly budgetary allocation (for cost review) of HR and Admin (monthly meetings / travels / manpower cost / mandatory trainings and technical trainings / capex /repairs / operation expenses)

oencode and monitor employees leave and submit the summary to payroll (for both confidential and non-confidential employees)

oAssist and Monitor all buildings repair for safety procedure (complete PPE e.g. hard / cover all etc.)

oComplete the BOSH training for Safety Officer at Davao

oConduct investigation and submit incident/accident report on reported accident/incident in the office

HR Officer and Production In-Charge of Valencia Rubbertex, Inc., Rubbertex is a sales and production center of RIKIO JAPAN an exporter of different boots (working, fashionable, snow) that made of rubber and canvass located at Km. Casisang Malaybalay City. The production compose of two department the Rubberboots and the Jikatabi, operation may vary in terms of production needs and demands from Japan and the costumer itself.

Here are the following tasks given to me in the different field;

Human Resource

oConduct initial screening to all applicants, facilitate exams to those who qualify & endorse them to department head & management for final screening and interview

Account Officer of CARD Bank Inc., I was assigned in different area to cater the needs of different members. Card Bank Inc. is microfinance Rural Bank that provides loans to members to start up business or as additional capital to its existing business.
