PRESIDIO, INC. 2015 - 2016

A $2.5 billion value added reseller of information technology equipment and services providing innovative, multi-year managed network services including hardware support and management, consulting, and professional services.

Vice President, Managed Services

Recruited by the Senior VP of Managed Services to grow and transform the Managed Services offering and develop a complimentary line of business in network information technology outsourcing (ITO). Responsible for overall sales, service delivery and the customer experience, including onboarding Managed Services customers, service delivery and process driven customer experience for Presidio's Managed Services customers.

Managed over 100 associates on Presidio's Service Delivery Teams, Managed Services PMO, Avaya Delivery Team, Reporting and Analytics Group, and On-site Support Services, producing $25 million in annual revenue.

Created and introduced standard processes for service review, service restoration, root-cause analysis, escalation & notification, and change management.

Drove the development, creation and installation of a proprietary network micro appliance to track network performance and data flows for 800+ sites for a financial services company; retained a $31 million/year client.

Director of Sales – California

Managed Presidio's California sales team. Responsible for all sales activities, meeting business development targets, sales pipeline and deal closings. Exceeded $13 million gross profit budget target in first quarter after hire by 15%.

COMPUTER SCIENCES CORPORATION (CSC) 2003 - 2015

A $16 billion global information technology services company providing multi-year managed information technology services including consulting, systems integration, and onshore and offshore business process, infrastructure and applications outsourcing.

Vice President & General Manager

Led over 1,000 associates and had full P&L responsibility for a $240 million/year ITO account with annual sales and operating income targets. Built a solid team of executive level direct reports, including legal, finance, HR, business development, PMO and operations.

Recruited in 2003 to re-join CSC as a member of the senior leadership team. Drove performance in faltering business lines, improved commercial relationships with strong corporate governance, and grew the base business.

Key Accomplishments:

AT&T

Reorganized and managed a $350 million/year outsourced network services arrangement with AT&T, significantly reduced operational costs and corporate risk and improved shareholder value.

Zurich Financial Services

Led team that developed and won a $70 million, 5-year FileNet based Enterprise Content Management solution.

Managed delivery of security services for Zurich Financial Services globally working directly with the Zurich CISO to enhance Zurich’s security profile and reduce risk.

Toyota

VP & Global Account Executive, Toyota Account. Managed a 50/50 onshore/offshore team of 300+ associates.

Extended contract with Toyota Financial Services by restructuring ITO deal adding $20 million in new revenue.

Led CSC team to demonstrate partnership behavior and improved client satisfaction.

Raytheon

VP & Global Account Executive, Raytheon Account. Full P&L responsibility for a $240 million/year global ITO engagement inclusive of infrastructure and applications development work. Managed over 1,000 associates with resources in all IT delivery towers.

Built an executive leadership team including Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, CTO, PMO, and Marketing Communications.

Rebuilt sales pipeline while maintaining margins. Expanded revenue base and services outside of traditional technology area to support Raytheon’s program delivery to its customers.

Led CSC's pursuit and win of a competitive 7 year, $1.4 billion ITO transaction for Raytheon.

Dun & Bradstreet

Grew Dun & Bradstreet account 20%/year and made account profitable two years ahead of bid model.

Built a high performance global leadership team from a group of dispirited line managers.

Key Accomplishments

Increased product related professional services 15%.

Restructured contracts with CLEC customer base.

Directed and maximized the sale of the sale of the "wire line" business.
