Ensured successful continuity of company services to their clients by exceeding accountability standards--managed the Full Cycle Recruiting Program/Talent Acquisition over 2000 exempt and non-exempt staff members hired throughout tenure.

Highly instrumental in supporting GCA’s Transportation Division in the acquisition and start-up of their new Avis/Budget Account. In a joint collaborative effort, interviewed, prescreened and processed, in a two week period, over 250 Job Applications on existing Avis/Budget staff and from those hired through outside recruiting efforts. Conducted new hire orientations in groups of 25 to 28 personnel twice a day for the next five days. Mission accomplished with no interruptions in their start-up due to lack of personnel, documentation, or entry into ADP system.

Saved over $10,000 in annual job opening advertisement costs by instituting a hiring referral system and direct contact with placement agencies and organizations. New account services and sales increased due to creation of presentation handout for managers who wanted new sales and new accounts added to their portfolio.
