Responsibilities
My job title here is "recruiting assistant." My day to day is contacting qualified candidates for requisitions/jobs
that the recruiter has discussed with the hiring manager to set up and schedule their interviews. If travel is
required, I also make those arrangements and handle the reimbursement requests after they have returned
from their interview.
Accomplishments
I was 1 out of 2 people who helped establish balance and a set reference guide for this statement of work.
One of my biggest accomplishments here would be helping with this transition. It is now 22 RA's and we taken
on 3 different statements of work.
