Led the delivery of over 150 successful PeopleSoft upgrade projects in the HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions and CRM pillars.

Functional consultant in the Pleasanton Upgrade Lab. This Lab was the first location of lab-based upgrades for PeopleSoft. Documented process, mentored new team members and assisted in process development.

Upgrade Development: Assisted in the creation, testing and documentation of the HRMS 8.3 Service Pack 1 upgrade.
