EXPERIENCE

Experiential Learning Rotations

Since the beginning of Pharm.D course, in July 2010, practiced as Clinical Student for 30 hours per week at Inpatient Bed sites, Emergency Units, Coronary Care Unit, Intensive Care Unit & Outpatient Divisions in R.M Medical College Hospital, Chidambaram (1260 bedded Multispecialty Hospital) Annamalai University. This practice is done as a part of Pharm.D course curriculum. Practicing Departments are changed on monthly basis. Objectives of Rotations: Designing patient s therapeutic plan and providing pharmaceutical care for patients, participating in daily ward rounds, patient counselling, assessment of drug related problems, measurement of therapeutic outcomes and drug information services. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Completed internship as clinical pharmacist in 4 Specialties [Paediatric, Surgery, Medicine & Obstetrics and Gynaecology] of R.M Medical College & Hospital rendering clinical pharmacy services and duties independently.

Worked as Trainee Pharmacist in a L.M.S Boy’s Brigade Hospital, Kundara, Kerala for a period of two months (1/6/15 to 31/7/15).
