Manufacturer of wide range of cash drawers.

Duties included all aspects of HR from full cycle recruiting, leadership development, In-house training (numerous subjects such as harassment, team building, ADA, affirmative action, 5S), developing and creating and maintaining job descriptions, employee handbook, developing career development plans, new hire orientations, and wage pay ladders for each position. Employee relations. Worked with contract agencies for production staffing. Conducted wage surveys and created pay ladder system for each job. Conducted unemployment claims successfully. Injury and safety management. Supervised a staff of two.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Developed in house training for all employees (harassment, EEO etc.) and for leadership development using Biz Library Streaming Videos.

Created a mentoring program. Coached management to obtain success in their roles.

Created an annual pay ladder for each job using current market wage survey.

Developed a full cycle recruiting cycle. Partnered with MN Workforce for staffing needs.
