Container Freight System, Ocean Freight commercial account, vehicles, boats, motorcycles, and freight bound mainly to New Zeeland and Australia. Ocean Freight military account, vehicles, motorcycles bound mainly to Guam and Korea.

Warehouse General Manager: responsible for the office and warehouse functions, security of the building, personnel, labor hours, loading and unloading of containers, shipping and receiving, load planning, inventory control, warehouse supplies, always working under a tight schedule to complete the loading of cars, boats, motorcycles and freight into booked containers.

National Distribution Centers LP, Chino, California Nov. 2013 to September 2015

NFI is a large leading third party logistics, with facilities all over the US and Canada, providing outsourced solutions to customers like Polo, Ralph Lauren, Nike, Brown Shoe, Guitar Center, Michaels, Nine West, Ann Taylor, Jones Apparel Group, and others.

Operation Supervisor- Directly responsible for all of the inbound freight, receiving an average of 12 containers a day and putting all freight away. Supporting other departments labeling, scanning, locating, picking, packing, manifesting, loading, shipping, employees, labor hours, Kronos, etc. Increase the number of pallets located from 17 per hour to 25 per hour by adding a double-pallet jack rider.

SP Express is a leading national third party, full service 3PL, providing customized outsourced solutions to Direct to Consumer, Retail and Business to Business companies. The company maintains and operates multiple warehouse and distribution facilities in key markets in Arizona, California, Texas, Virginia and North Carolina.

Distribution and Facility Manager– Responsible for leading up to 60 employees in the successful management of all day to day operations of a 150,000 square foot distribution center. Responsible for reviews, hiring and firing of warehouse personnel. Led the successful fulfillment of over 1 million direct to consumer and retail orders a year. Brought up the facility from a warehouse full of pallets with no locations to a racked, structured warehouse with over 10,000 pallet and floor locations and inventory control system.

Sortation Manager – Led all 3rd shift activities for one of the largest FedEx facilities in California. Led up to 60 shift employees. Responsible for all scheduling, reviews and labor needs. Responsible for inbound freight, scanning packages, bar-coding packages, sorting packages, and loading trailers for shipping. Increased productivity from the standard of 64 packager per labor hour to 95 packages per labor hour in the 3rd shift operation.

Parcel Corporation of America, San Fernando, California

1991 to 2006

PCA was one of California’s largest packaging and label services companies with many locations throughout Southern California.

Manager - Led all aspects of the 2nd shift operation consisting of over 70 employees and 140 employees during peak season.

Responsible for receiving merchandise, fulfilling orders, bar-coding packages, scanning packages, sorting packages, loading trailers,

and creating manifest reports for the post office. Increased through put from 1500 orders per hour to 1900 orders per hour in 2nd shift.
