Witnessed and worked from the skeleton phase to flesh of Reliance Jio Infocomm project with respect to general administration, Vehicle management, Infrastructure development, vendor management, Procurement of materials, procurement of Services, ARCs, Safety, security, HR functions and Training and developments.

Initially handled general administration of a State Office of 24,632 sqr feet, 05 small offices pan Odisha of each 3000 sqr feet.

During the period of time with business requirements assigned with more 15 small offices out of 31 of each 3000 sqr ft to 5000 sqr ft from Infrastructure development to complete functional. Addition to that responsibilities of 04 State Offices of area approx. 50K sqr feet, DC and WHs.
