Designed DCS marshalling Panel wiring diagrams, power supply distribution diagrams, loop diagrams, Instrument location plans, Panel GA drawings, Bill of Material/Material Take Off, Cable-schedules,Instrument Installation detail drawings, Fire & Gas detector location plan drawings, System block-diagrams, Network architecture

Reviewed project specifications, participated in detailed engineering, FAT and system validation tests.

Participated in DCS migration project. Successfully migrated from Fisher Provox to new Honeywell EPKS DCS. Reviewed swing-over procedure. Reviewed control logic, identified discrepancies and fixed them by programming Online Honeywell EPKS system.

Yokogawa DCS commissioning project. :- Participated in loop checking, logic system implementation. Successfully completed site commissioning issues.

Factory Acceptance Test of DCS/PLC system :- Inspected Foxboro DCS and Triconex PLC system for SATORP refinery project including physical inspection, power up check, loop check as per spec/procedure
