Responsible for integration of $80M conveyor/automation project for new paint shop at GM Fairfax plant. Worked hand in hand with architects, structural PE’s, conveyor contractors, Fanuc LASD robotic sealer cells, and GM personnel in implementing new state of the art Paint Shop in Kansas City, Kansas. System includes approx. 10 miles of conveyor stretching from existing paint shop throughout new building. Responsible cradle to grave and delivered below budget and ahead of schedule.

Responsible for project management of paint shop at Dearborn Ford Truck Plant and GM Venezuela Paint Shop. Duties include throughput analysis, equipment health assessment, and as-built documentation. Co-designed gantry type truck frame turn-over machine utilizing AutoCad and calculations such as steel sizing, horsepower requirements and speed and cycle time analysis.
