I ensured everything was ready for the hygienist to come in and scale the patient’s teeth, and then after she was complete I would coronal polish for her and apply the fluoride or varnish, and place all sealants needed for each patient. At this practice the hygiene team ran a three column schedule.

The organization that was affiliated with this particular mission was Christ O Sana. Village Family Dental allowed us to bring all necessary instruments as well as dental supplies and medications that we would need.
