Adhere to a strict delivery time line which is a important criteria in the Tool Room for the development of Tooling for Pressure Die Casting, Progressive Die for Stamping and Plastic Injection moulding Tools.

Totally 10 VMC(Vertical Machining Centre) machine I was in-charge for Production, Maintenance, and Development of New components. Maintained records of the Job which were loaded, Quality Reports, Machine Break down record etc where maintianed as per company standard.

The VMC machine with the capacity of 40,000 RPM were direct machining capacity of 50 HRC The Setting up for Hi-Speed machining is my entire responsible for 10 machines.

Major responsible is to Develop new Product for Whirlpool Pondicherry for new development of washing Machine.

Developed Kitchen Pulveriser for Kitchen Aid which is subsidiary unit of Whirlpool.

The Major window person for Whirlpool and J.M/Engineering is major responsible for project on-time delivery and Quality aspect.

Being a lead, Managed a Project team for New Project Development, Customer representative and developed new customers and new Vendors.

Key responsibility is to supply the machined components on time as per production schedule.

Managed to procure raw material of all types, Castings, Rough Rods, Bright Bars of various specifications for the production requirements

In CNC machine my responsible includes development of program, selection of tools, Fixture, and tool holdings.

Major components includes rough machining in conventional to eliminate the cycle time in CNC machines.
