Tracks the move-in and move-out for all homes, for forecasting maintenance needs, instituting an effective time management program for all personnel to ensure project completion goals are met, and releasing homes for occupancy.

Monitors financial and operational findings for property, collaborating with management staff to ensure maintenance team is within budget while delivering a high level of service.
