Administrative Assistant / Training Clerk -
Created and Maintained an Excel spreadsheet that listed all personal and training information for each of the 150 Marines within our Company.
Scheduled and assigned individuals to training that is required to ensure that all 150 individuals’ training is complete and up to date.
Prepared documents and correspondence from the company office to other sections and to the Battalion Headquarters on a daily basis.
Managed working parties for various requirements needed around the Maintenance Compound, from trash collection to relocation of work areas.
Ammo Clerk
Accountable for over 100,000 rounds of additional ammunition for various firearms that are possessed by the personnel in the Maintenance Company.
Wrote and maintained all paperwork for ammunition discharged through training exercises and other instances were ammunition was discharged.
Performed monthly checks and counts of all ammunition in the ammo storage unit to ensure that the count was exact and all paperwork was in line for random inspections done by the Headquarters Company.
Relocated and constructed a safer ammo storage area to where it was farther away from occupied offices and was strong enough to contain the ammunition in the event of an accidental discharge due to defective ammunition. Received a Certificate of Accommodation for work performed on the storage area.
Recovery Vehicle Assistant Driver
Recovered 35 military vehicles that were deemed inoperable in the field through the use and operation of a boom crane, and hydraulic winch.
Within 30 minutes of receiving a distress call we had to get all equipment necessary for the mission and proceed to the extraction location anytime, day or night.

Supervised the repair of radios that came in for repair as well was responsible for all of the testing equipment used in the section totaling over $2 million.

Assigned work to the Marines under my charge to be done during the day, while signing off on the requisition forms submitted by the Marines for components needed to repair a radio.
Ran a Quality Check on every radio completed to ensure that they are qualified to return to field use.
Logged and tracked at most 100 radios in for repair at one time, and at which stage each radio was in during the repair process.
Performed duties up to the title of Supervisor Foreman when the company staff was reduced due to deployment of personnel overseas.
