Vendor/Contracts Support ( From : September 2013 to August 2016 )

•Arrange and coordinate multiple mobilizations/demobilizations of about 50 vendor reps in support of construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of major mechanical equipment for three new processing plants. This role includes the following activities:

•Receive and process vendor rep requests from construction pre-com & commissioning team and communicate with requestors to assure best possible coordination results

•Ensure availability of vendor representatives on site keeping in mind location & connectivity dates of needed on site

•Establish and maintain a good working relationship with vendors representatives

•Process weekly time sheets by obtain timesheets and signatures and tracking vendor rep usage

•Coordinate with Home Office and Client for Letter of Invitation for visa processing and monitoring of visas

•Make requests to admin for arranging access badges & orientations

•Support Vendor reps on site by arranging for pick up & drop off of vendor representative at hotel and at site

•Maintain spreadsheet used to report mobilization of vendor reps for services

•Support vendor rep warranty work by coordinating with vendors for warranty materials, preparing new vendor request forms, monitoring vendor works, signing vendor timesheets & obtaining vendor report & signatures are needed for warranty & EPC work.

•Provide support to Procurement and Vendor Rep Services Contracts Manager. This role includes the following activities:

•Maintain spreadsheet containing monthly forecast of direct labor cost for vendor representatives for cash call process

•Maintain files of Vendors’ fully executed subcontracts

•Input data and maintain electronic files as required

•Provide vacation break support for Procurement Manager

•Review accommodation invoicing to confirm correct as to vendor reps use

•Perform other related duties as may be assigned by superior

•Provide technical support and assistance to the Senior Project Manager in accordance with his priorities
