EXPERIENCE

Telemarketing Sales – Gold Mountain Communications

Responsibilities include – Answering incoming calls in a warm, friendly manner and try to get them to purchase a vacation package, at a discount, to get them to buy timeshares. Not a steady consistent pay cycle.

VALET DRIVER - CLASSIC BMW / SEPTEMBER 2014 – JULY 31 2016

Responsibilities included delivering and picking up loan cars, delivering cars to the auto body shop, working with the

customer to insure appropriate and timely services were or would be provided. Additionally, it was my responsibility

to insure that the customer’s car was returned without incident and filled with gas.

During down times, I assisted personnel in the back office with filing, scanning and making folders and other

routine office procedures.

I left this position due to illness and FMLA.

Responsible for planning and implementing the activities for the residents on a daily basis.

Plan & host the weekly Hospitality Hours, book the entertainment, plan monthly Family invited parties and work to

Co-ordinated activities with the Marketing Director to plan marketing events both on and off the property.

Prepared meals for residents on Fridays for breakfast and lunch. Fill in as cook when the chef was on vacation.

Left because I was asked to take a pay cut because of a large drop in census.

Additionally, I transported residents to off-facility activities such as shopping, doctor appointments, and restaurant dining and other field trip activities.

I left this position when the company was sold and re-staffed by new owners.

Was hired as a Manager Trainee and was given my own store after the 6 week training program. Employed 17 shift-

employees, including, 2 Assistant Managers. Responsibilities included planning schedules, evaluating employees, order

stock supplies from company, kept track of new customers that enrolled in reward program, Attended monthly manager

sessions for new ideas and product and gave feedback on them. Additionally, I provided exemplary customer services on

a face-to-face basis.

I left this position due to decline in customers and pending sale of company.

ACTIVITY DIRECTOR - VICKERY TOWERS / JANUARY 1995 – MAY 2002

Responsibilities included planning and execution of the daily activities scheduled for resident participation; Oversaw the

planning of daily activities with a staff of 2 assistants and 3 drivers. Confer with area doctors’ offices and schedule

resident appointments; plan all parties, lead exercise class, and keep track of volunteers, the time they participated in

activities and completed proper paperwork for school credit. Plan the weekly “happy hours” parties with entertainment

and snacks; Coordinated with the Food and Beverage director and Marketing Directors for establishing plans for

quarterly parties for residents and families. Take notes at month “Resident Council” meeting. Adhere to budgetary

guidelines in moneys spent and time of staff.

I left this job to accept store management job for Blockbuster.
