readiness rate. Maintained the serviceability and accountability of
tools and equipment valued in excess of $2,000,000. Managed and
mentored 5 subordinate noncommissioned officers and 18 Soldiers in
daily maintenance management activities. Updated unit command
representatives on the repair status of their equipment. Insured

procedures.

. Accountable for the health, morale, safety, welfare, training,
readiness and professional development of 32 Soldiers and their

ensure Soldiers receive awards, promotions and counseling when
appropriate.
Senior Mechanic July 2010 to
June 2011 Supervisor 738th Engineer Support Company, Fort Bragg, North
Carolina in support of the XVIII Airborne Corps' worldwide mission
. Provided Organizational and Direct Support Maintenance for over 146
pieces of wheel vehicles and engineer equipment valued in excess of
$10,000,000. Accountable for the health, welfare, discipline, and
training of 4 Non Commissioned Officers and 12 Soldiers. Inspected
repair work to ensure compliance with Standing Operating Procedures.
