Reservations Specialist

Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations received via phone, email or fax; including the FIT reservations and oversee them. Respond to any challenge found for accommodating rooming requests, like balancing the house. Follow up with hot leads via phone or email, and also old leads/previous guests, to keep promoting the hotel and its services; and eventually, get the guest to book again; aiming at maximum revenue possible on all sales. In charge of the Reservations Team when manager not in the office, advising them on strategical rates or promotions possible to help them get the sale (always keeping a friendly balance between revenue and availability) and ways to resolve complaints.
