schedules. Used waterfall methodology extensively to keep on schedule. The

IST portion was $58M of a $150M project; I oversaw pay requests and managed

this project in total. As part of new billing changes worked with staff to

upgrade codes and eliminate outdated materials to be able to migrate to

Resolute. Did follow-up with all the users to ensure that they were

satisfied with what they had. Worked to make sure that all departments were

made aware of new equipment that might make their job easier. Prior to

Epic, Managed ICD -9 implementation, installed Meditech in nineteen clinics

and maintained users in the hospital.
