COACHING HISTORY

Brighton & Hove Albion FC Talent ID Scout 2015-present Brighton & Hove Albion FC Academy GK Coach (Whyteleafe Centre) 2015-present Erith & Belvedere Head of Youth Development 2014-2016 Bromley District Manager/Coach (year 7 - year 10) 2012-2016 Cray Valley 1st team coach/GK coach 2011-2013

Proinfinity Development coach 2010-present

• As development coach for proinfinity I am responsible for the education and coaching of 25 scholars. This ranges from the daily training, which includes principles of the game, SSG, POP’s and functional practices, to educating and mentoring the scholars through the B-Tec syllabus of the course. The scholars play their games in the British colleges league and Ryman youth league, Which in itself is challenging and rewarding on a personal basis, bringing together a group of 16-19 year olds, who don’t know each other, and watch them develop as Individuals, gel as a team and by the end of the course see them grow into young responsible adults ready for the next part of their life, if this happens to still be in the sports industry hopefully the 2 years they have spent with proinfinty will enable them to have the relevant tools for them to succeed. I’m also in charge of dealing with budgets, sourcing funding, applying for grants which in turnMakes the running of proinfinity run smooth and as profitable as possible. GILINGHAM GIRLS C of E GOALKEEPING COACH 2008-2010 Twice a week I was in charge of the gills u17, u15, u13, and u11 girl GK.s I was asked to provide a platform for accelerated learning and development in the technical, tactical, psychological, physical and social aspect of the game by creating an environment where players could express themselves freely. These were challenging sessions, which I hope helped the girls realize their full potential. Sevenoaks Town FC 2007-2012

• Coaching both genders.

• Ensuring health and safety of all participants.

• Coaching a variety of age groups, up to U18 age group.

• Spent time during 2011 studying to attain my UEFA B level coach Looking forward to passing this so I can take the FA coaching pathway and do my UEFA B goalkeeping qualification

• This has without doubt given me a greater insight into coaching. Implementing new ideas, and gave me a greater insight into the game as a whole.
