I came in London in the 2000 from Italy, Como where I was born on the beautiful river of the famous Lake on 26 July 1971. I had years of experience in the catering industry in Italy after that I have decide to move in London and grow my skill in this great City. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

After few weeks at Ritz Hotel as waiter from October 2000 I was promoted as Duty Manager on the famous Trafalgar Suite until March 2002 when I decided to move as Assistant Manager at Tentazioni Restaurant where I help to create “The Tentazioni Club” a loyalty scheme with more than 5500 members, we have created a successful Shopping Online with Outside Catering. I open a business relation with Dialogue Agency in London to promote Parmigiano Reggiano, Gorgonzola and Prosciutto di Parma and I have increased the income of the 125% on those products in the last 24 months managed until 13th September 2014 Tentazioni Fine Food Delicatessen from the opening date; I have increased the income of the 85% in the first 2 month and 350% in 6 month from the opening date. with and income of more than £23,000 pa.Great experience at San Lorenzo Restaurant in 22 Beauchamp Place, Knightsbridge as Assistant Manager of Mr Lucio where I had the opportunity to serve well recognized names in the world of arts, politics and culture. I was been chose by Mr Lucio (General Manager of San Lorenzo Restaurant) to be a part of his selected team on his at that time for his “new” restaurant in Fulham Road and I helped him organizing the Great Opening and the launch for the first 9 month. I had a very long relationship with Mr Mauro Sanna at Olivo Restaurant where I supported him when his company start to grow. I managed until 13th September 2014 Tentazioni Fine Food Delicatessen from the opening date; I have increased the income of the 85% in the first 2 month and 350% in 6 month from the opening date. I have reduced the spending cost of the 15% in the last 2 years. I open a business relation with Dialogue Agency in London to promote Parmigiano Reggiano, Gorgonzola and Prosciutto di Parma and I have increased the income of the 125% on those products in the last 24 months.
