Led hardware and software implementation and system upgrade projects in
alignment with organizational goals. Managed project teams in support of
70+ Quality Assurance (QA) testing environments. Oversaw daily
environmental outages to facilitate software upgrades, address server
issues, and implement server access requests.
Major Achievements:
. Partnered in generating a $2M in yearly savings, and improved system
performance and stability by executing server operating system and
server database software upgrades for 900+ servers and decommissioning
40+ servers
. Reduced time for new hires to come up to speed by redeveloping,
creating and documenting training processes for day-to-day operations
and server maintenance for local, remote and global resources.
