• Work with senior management to produce new fundraising material for Normandy’s latest $500 million value add, closed ended office fund as well as ad hoc investment requests from prospective fund investors

• Update and maintain quarterly track records across Normandy Real Estate Partner’s three discretionary funds and private equity investments

• Review and approve loan draw packages for various lenders including Mesa West, Wells Fargo and Blackstone

• Aided in the broker selection and disposition process for nearly $200 million of office properties located in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Long Island

• Analyzed quarterly property appraisals using discounted cash flow, comparable sale, and replacement cost methodologies for over $2 billion in assets

• Reviewed and processed construction draw schedules for several apartment and office developments totaling over $200 million in gross stabilized value
