Normandy Real Estate Partners Morristown, New Jersey Associate – Investments, June 2013 Present

• Update and maintain quarterly track records across Normandy Real Estate Partner’s three discretionary funds and private equity investments

• Review and approve loan draw packages for various lenders including Mesa West, Wells Fargo and Blackstone

• Reviewed and processed construction draw schedules for several apartment and office developments totaling over $200 million in gross stabilized value
