This was a contracted position to install additional memory, update a program and install service packs for Windows 2000 and XP in 230 desktop computers. I completed that project in 4 weeks then resolved problem tickets from the help desk and re-imaged PC’s the remaining time. I was hired on contract which expired.

This was a contracted project to help move 250 PC’s from one location to another, setting up PC’s on a network, attaching a network printer and restoring client data. Also decommissioned and recorded S/N’s, Asset tags and model numbers on multiple computers.
