The Crime Management project is an online based Java Application for the Police Department. Where a police officer can register himself. Keep a track of events by registering Crimes, Criminals, Prisoners, Missing person etc, They can also File complaints, reply to complaints, crime cases etc. Technologies used are Java, HTML, JS, JSP’s, Servlet’s, JDBC, SQL, MySQL and Tomcat.
Student Fee Payment
The Fee Payment Project is a WEB Application for the universities, providing 3 different types of logins, admin, faculty and student. Functionalities includes Paying All kinds of fees, sending email reminders, courses & branch registrations, asking professors queries, feedback, messaging co students. Technologies used are Java, HTML, JS, JSP’s, Struts, JDBC, SQL, Oracle and Tomcat.
Secure Intrusion Detection System against Distributed Denial of Service attack in Wireless Mobile Ad-hoc Network
MANET is a kind of wireless ad-hoc Network. There are many security attacks in MANET where the major one is DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) which Causes Denial of Service by overwhelming it with traffic from multiple sources. To avoid those, Intrusion Detection Techniques i.e., Signature Intrusion Detection and Anomaly Intrusion Detection are used, by measuring Intrusion parameters, Packet Reception Rate and Inter Arrival Time. Along with it Ad-hoc On-Demand Distance Vector Routing Protocol is used. Java is used for simulation of this process.
