Merger & Acquisition responsibility for 64 Physician practices into IU Health Physicians.
Maintained responsibility of the Physician HR Services team. Using leadership abilities toward organizational and team
development for the 8th largest multispecialty practice employing more than 1,600 physicians.
Ensured success of organization by managing acquisition, as well as the merger and transition of various physician practices
