I was also responsible for completion of all documentation for on-site safety logs, OSHA logs, weekly safety meetings, claims and risk management, job site audits, permitting for confined space entry, critical lifts, energized electrical work, electrical room access, fall protection, and trenching and excavation activities.

I was the project safety manager working on the demo and rebuild of the Intel Fab 23 microchip manufacturing facility. My responsibilities included: Safety management of approximately 105 full time employees, conducting weekly safety meetings, accident/incident investigations, recordkeeping and reporting, facility inspections, working with safety management and staff from other contractors to develop safety programs and training on a variety of topics including general construction safety, fall protection, hazard communication, advanced electrical safety, and many other related topics. I was part of a team which developed safety training and systems used by Intel and other contractors at various locations.
