Enhancements:
1.Automation of unparking of Parked invoices of ECC and Talia ( e-Invoicing ) supplier.
This was done to improve business process and save time of the AP users who manually post parked invoices once three way match has been performed. Total three custom reports were developed, one to post the parked invoices and two reports to show details of the invoices which will run as a background job on daily basis.
2.Exception management of GR and IV.
Developed a functionality to send GR reminders to recipients on predefined criteria. Also send email notification to the requestor in case an invoice was blocked due to a discrepancy between invoice and good receipt.
3.Developed in Shopping cart workflow
Designed solution will send a Shopping cart approval to Purchase Officer for fixed price catalogue and SC value worth 5k GBP and above.
4.Mapping of third party order number with SRM SC number.
5.Exception report of Purchase orders
Report to show historical purchase orders in SAP ERP and shows exception report to identify all of the following:-
How many purchase orders & which purchase order lines have bypassed approval (no workflow release strategy)
How many purchase orders have allowed invoices to be posted?
What are the values of these invoices a) per purchase order and b) in total?
6.SLA report for buying solution team.
Only carts that are routed to the sourcing cockpit (SOCO) are to be taken into consideration. This report should calculate Processing time of each Shopping carts from the date of creation.
