WORK EXPERIENCE

Operations Manager Hawthorn Retirement July 2016 present

Oversee the daily operations of the community and food service for 150 residents

Maintain inventory an annual budget + (P & L's)

Menu planning and recipe adherence (5week cycle menus)

Implemented a maintenance program that had brought Whealdon Estates from 39% to

90% rent ready within a 3 month period. Created professional connections with local

businesses to help drive census and help perspective residents with their apt. needs.

incentives to use as tools for growing census and bottom line. Worked to create a strong
