This project investigated the dynamic performance of heat pipe assisted solar water collector coupled with PCM (Phase Change Material) and acting as an LHTES (latent heat thermal energy storage) tank. The proposed system has the potential to work as the 24/7 solar water heating system since the PCM energy storage system works as the thermal battery.
