ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

As I pursue a new career, I look forward to expanding beyond my routine

here at State Home Healthcare. I am very interested in developing,

implementing and organizing a unit that will allow me to use my experience

in providing guidance to improve the quality of care for patients through

by the nursing and clinical staff. I would like to serve as the direct

contact for the unit concerning the operational development for the Risk

Adjustment Department. I want to use my ability to assess situations,

uncover problems, and identify potential solutions in the collection and

recording of clinical documentation and other areas in the facility. It is

important that I am a part of the decision process to the nurse reviewers

on coding issues and other issues or challenges they may arise within the

facility.

As I have developed my experience in the healthcare industry I would like

to take a more active role in training, not only with the reviewers, but

also the vendors and other appropriate entities that can benefit from the

training. Because I facilitate the competency to communicate well, I would

like to work closely with others, including the Medical Director to ensure

the profitability of the facility.
