Supported the implementation of a new software package known as Aircraft Maintenance Operating System (AMOS) by working with engineering experts to produce required training material including presentation tools, training guides, process flowcharts, and training manuals

Managed a team of 16 certified instructors and five administrators with a Training Plan and successfully trained over 6,000 employees from Saudia Aerospace Engineering and Industries (SAEI)
