Initiated cost reduction projects such as the implementation of automation systems and controls. These cost-saving measures allowed MINCO to compete with off shore suppliers, enabling MINCO to export more than 60% of machined components to customers in the Pacific Rim.

Managed all manufacturing operations of plain paper copier toners and developers consisting of extruding, flaking, pulverizing and classifying and filling and packaging.
