Summary of Experience

Mr. Schwarzenegger has over 30 years “hands-on” experience in the construction and engineering industry. He has worked extensively on Construction Projects for Commercial, Industrial, and Municipal clients as Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Engineer of Record. Mr. Schwarzenegger was also involved in the planning, design, bidding, contract award, contract administration, and construction observation for many Commercial, Industrial and Municipal projects. He has presented workshops for the construction and engineering industry.

Commercial, and Industrial Construction Projects-Mr. Schwarzenegger worked on various project as Project Manager and Construction Manager.

oCAT-DEL 359 – Shaft 4 Project Interconnection Project. Mr. Schwarzenegger was onsite CM for the project, from December 11, 2013 to August 3, 2014, at which time Mr. Schwarzenegger started as RE for Gilboa DEL-212B. At Shaft 4 Mr. Schwarzenegger provided assistance to the RE in his daily work routines, as well as performed CM Duties. Mr. Schwarzenegger was involved in preparing a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) for the CMJV after an incident on the project. In addition Mr. Schwarzenegger assisted in the reviewed the Contractors (CAP). Mr. Schwarzenegger met with staff to review duties and prepare a Project Deliverables Matrix and Responsibilities for each CMJV Team Member. He was closely involved in the aspects of the CMJV Team Members daily work agendas, conducted weekly Staff meetings and assisted in Staff Training, and worked closely with Accountable Manger in preparing a Communications Plan and Project Risk Management Plan as well as implementing programs to improve Staff Morale. In addition Mr. Schwarzenegger reviewed all JHA’s Critical Work Plans (CWP’s), attended EH&S meetings with CMJV and Contractor, assisted with Progress and I & T Meetings. Mr. Schwarzenegger also worked closely with the Contractor to assist the contractor and showed a strong sense for Partnering. Mr. Schwarzenegger reestablished the CMJV/AM /Contractor morning meetings and conducted Daily Briefings with Staff on Contractors planed work schedule for the day.

oDEL - 212B Gilboa Dam Reconstruction Project - Mr. Schwarzenegger stepped into the RE position when Todd Yanoff (RE) was promoted to Regional Manager and VP of Inspections. Since Mr. Schwarzenegger roll as RE he has worked closely with the CMJV staff to provide a seamless transition into the role of

RE. The Reconstruction Project is in its final stages and Mr. Schwarzenegger is closely involved with the CMJV team and Contractor (BDJV) to assure proper project closeout. He is involved in the Priority Operation Plan Meetings (POP), Daily Briefings, Progress and I & T meetings, RFI and RFD reviews, CMJV staff training, EH&S review (JHA’s and Work Plans). Mr. Schwarzenegger has also reestablished Morning Meetings with the BDJV Project Manager (3x per week) to identify if work is moving forward according to plan or identify issues that need to be resolved moving forward. Mr. Schwarzenegger is also working closely with the CM and HAKS team to identify the CMJV Team for 212C.

oZero Liquid Discharge (ZLA) Wastewater and Water Treatment Plant (Mississippi Power – Integrated Gasification Combine Cycle Power (IGCC) Plant). Mr. Schwarzenegger was CM for this project which include all aspects of the construction: site work, piles, foundations, water treatment building, motor control room, underground piping, above ground

SS piping, chemical CPCV piping, caustic/acid bulk storage system, pond water filter system, heat exchangers, degasifier towers, 110’ evaporating towers, crystalizes, sludge filter presses, wastewater treatment and reuse. Mr Schwarzenegger lead the team of Resident Engineers, Quality Control Inspectors and Health and Safety Inspector by providing “Hands-on” support. Reviewed daily reports: manpower, equipment, time sheets, daily resident engineer reports, etc., managed/responded to RFI’s, reviewing JSH and JHA’s, Prepared lock-out/tag-out procedures for the project as well as conduct lock-out tag-out meetings with owner, contractor and safety coordinator. Worked closely with Prime Contractor and Subcontractors on the project to bring project and within budget. Being a fast track Procurement Project, scheduling was Paramount. Mr. Schwarzenegger was closely involved in weekly progress meetings and look-ahead schedules with Client. He also provided, CPM Schedule assistance to scheduler and client. Project Cost: $52M.

oIBM Poughkeepsie – Building 051 – demo and addition: This project required extensive coordination with the Client since the existing building consisted of labs and operation systems on raised floors which could not be shutdown except for twice a year for maintenance. Mr. Schwarzenegger worked as 1 of 3 Resident Engineer and assisted the CM in his duties. The work include concrete structures, foundations, structural steel, electric, motor generators (600 Hz), Motor controls, HVAC, MEP, architectural finishes and site work. Work consisted of daily

reports, estimating, RFI review and coordination with Architect of Record, review and prepare change orders, scheduling, meetings with owner/architect and owners representative architect. Project Cost: $24M

oIBM East Fishkill - Industrial Water Plant Demolition: Mr. Schwarzenegger acted as a working CM and Resident Engineer for the demolition of various cylindrical sand filters inside an occupied plant and an exterior clarifier at industrial site. Work also included electrical wiring (line and low voltage wiring) around working electric systems, coordinate lock-out tag-out procedures). Project Cost $700K.

o120,000 Water Storage Tank – Twilight Park, NY: Twilight Park is a gated community with 98 cottages. The community was developed in the early 1900’s and was served by a surface water potable water system. Mr. Schwarzenegger worked as Project Engineer for owner for the demolition of open water storage tanks and the installation of a 110,000 gal closed storage tank. His involvement included working with owner and contractor providing Construction Management services for both the demolition of three 20,000 gal, open storage tanks and the installation of a 110,000 gal stand pipe storage tank. Work also included environmental controls, excavation and backfilling, earth stabilization, concrete base/foundation, main waterline reconfiguration, pumps, treatment building reconfiguration and automated controls by radio telemetry. Mr. Schwarzenegger worked with the contractor on a design/build project delivery keeping the cost of the work under budget. Project cost approximately 250K.

oBuilder/Contractor: As the owner of a Construction Company Mr. Schwarzenegger was involved in all aspects of construction. The company mostly worked on installing foundations for commercial and residential projects. Mr. Schwarzenegger was the hands-on Project Manager and Construction Manager for all projects. Work included the scheduling and coordination with multiple trades, safety tailgate meetings, construction scheduling, estimating and purchasing, and client relations. Yearly Gross approximately $ 1.1M

Mr. Schwarzenegger also worked as Engineer of Record, observing and inspecting various projects for municipal and private clients, including design, bidding, contract administration, project management and construction observation,.

oStream Restoration Projects – Catskill Watershed: Mr. Schwarzenegger worked closely with the Greene County Soil and Water Conservation District (GCSWCD) on many stream restoration projects in the Catskills, Greene County, NY (from 1998 to 2013) Work consisted of assisting in the analysis of data, design, bidding, contract administration. Additional responsibilities included being Project Engineer assisting GCSWCD in Project Management and Construction Management. Construction included re-alignment of streams, heavy equipment excavation and material transport (stream depositions and earth for realignment) installation of large rock structures; rock vanes, J-hooks, cross vanes, grade control structures, live revetments, rip rap and plantings. Work over the years for the stream restoration projects are estimated to be around

$ 20M.

oSewer Extension Construction – Town of Hunter: Construction of a sewer line extension along State Route 23. Installation of approximately 1,500 LF of an 8” sewer line with two manholes. Mr. Schwarzenegger’s responsibilities included construction coordination and monitoring through the entire project, coordinate with utility companies, the Town and Contracts work to be performed. Work also included construction inspection, QA/QC, MPT and project closeout. Project cost approximately $ 100K.

oElka Park Community Treatment Plant (Town of Hunter): This project involved the upgrading of an 80+-year-old wastewater treatment facility serving the Elka Park private residential community. The design included implementation of a recirculation system for effluent from the existing trickling filter, as well as the addition of recirculating sand filtration after the trickling filter and cascade aeration. Mr. Schwarzenegger role was the client’s representative as Project Manager/Construction Manager for the upgrade construction for the treatment plant. Project cost approximately $ 250K.

oCamp Loyal Town activity Pool (Town of Hunter): This project delivery method was a design/build project for an activity pool for children with disabilities. The pool was a 0’ to 4’ deep sloped at 1 on 12 slope to the main pool area. The work included the installation of curtain drain piping for drainage mitigation (mountain side construction), concrete foundations, pumps, controls, heating system, piping and installation of various water apparatus for the children. Mr. Schwarzenegger was involved in the design, and Project Management during construction. He worked with the closely with contractor and provided QA/QC for the project as well as scheduling and phasing of the project. Project cost approximately $ 1.2M.

oCairo-Durham School District – Wastewater Disposal (NYS DEC Pilot Project): This work involved preparation of wastewater systems for both the Cairo-Durham Middle/High School, as well as the Durham Elementary School. The work was performed in relation to additions to the school, and involved the design of replacement wastewater disposal systems for substandard facilities. The Elementary School design consisted of a trickling filter and recirculating sand filter discharging to a road-side ditch. The Middle/High School design consisted of a single pass sand filter discharging to 3 raised bed systems with an application rate of 2 gpd/sf. The Middle/High School was approved as a “pilot” project by NYS DEC. Mr. Schwarzenegger’s was involved as the Project Manger from design through construction and close-out. The work included pumps, piping, controls, excavation and backfilling, concrete structures for septic tank, trickling filter and ultraviolet disinfection. Project cost approximately $ 1M.

Land Development- Mr. Schwarzenegger worked extensively on projects as designer, team leader and consultant. His responsibilities included: The Author Feasibility Studies for Due Diligence requirements for Clients/Developers prior to purchasing land for development and for financing. He has extensive experience with Environmental Quality Review Process. Prepare complete design drawings including; topographic mapping, surveying, infrastructure design and layout, stormwater pollution prevention plans and design, on-site sewage disposal or decentralized treatment, water infrastructures and plant design, well development, utility coordination, road design, construction observation and Client/Developer field engineer. He was the Client/Developer representation at town boards, planning boards and zoning boards for various projects.

Municipal Engineering - Mr. Schwarzenegger performed review of developer proposed projects for the Planning Boards and site plan and subdivisions. He prepared plans for various municipal projects (new structures, road design, sewer, water, wells as well as other infrastructure projects). He prepared Specifications, bidding, contract award recommendation, contract administration and construction observation. He prepared procurement documents, bidding and procurement recommendation Feasibility Studies.

Interactive Supervisor and Project Management - Mr. Schwarzenegger worked on a wide-range of projects as supervisor and PM. His responsibilities included the review of completed projects for QA/QC. Maintenance of QA/QC on projects from concept to completion. Preserve project schedules while being mindful of employees need. Prepare and negotiate SOW contracts. Review contracts prepared by PM’s. Mr. Schwarzenegger mentored entry level and mid-level professionals.

Marketing and Business Development - Mr. Schwarzenegger worked on various aspects of Marketing and Business Development at the Kaaterskill Associates, PC from start up to 1.4 million annual receipts with 28 employees. A partner at J.E.D. Builders, Inc. he was responsible for start-up business, marketing, client development, quality assurance and estimating. At J.E.D. Properties, Inc. he partnered and start-up business. His responsibilities includes evaluating properties for purchase and development, evaluating income properties for purchase, site development and approval process. At Apollo Heating HVAC contractor he was a branch manager, in-house engineer; sales representative, estimating and systems designer. At C.T. Male a multidiscipline engineering company he marketed to municipalities in the NYC Watershed (West of the Hudson) and at Morris Associates, PC a multidiscipline engineering company performed the Start-up of the Hudson Branch office.
