I have worked with companies to make sure they are compliant with various inspection agencies such as NSF (national sanitation foundation), UL and military. Every company I have worked for has always seen an increase in efficiency and a better organization of operations from before I started at their company. I pride myself in making everything run safe and efficient from the minute I start. My expertise in working with various machine manufactures gives me an excellent ability to troubleshoot and fix equipment problems.

Consultant/Project Manager May 2015 to Jan 13 2017

Working with Delta Brands Inc. to help build a bottling facility in America. Started out as a consultant helping them pass a NSF facility audit in Turkey at their manufacturing plant. I then worked at designing and getting costs for building a liquid soap factory here in America. I have also been working on site selection factors in labor cost, utilities and logistics factors to help choose the site to build the factory. I got pricing for all components that go into the making of the products that they wanted to produce.

Lead Consultant 2006 to 2008

Richards Consulting Brooklyn, NY

During this time I had just moved to New York City and was working with some different companies helping out with technical areas in production. Operations and Distribution Manager 2004 to 2006

I also was certified by the US Military to supply water to the armed forces. I had NSF do plant audits to make sure we had the best sanitary facility possible. I worked with suppliers to get the lowest price on materials and with trucking companies to get the best rate on shipping. I planned yearly budgets and broken down case cost per item, and setup a excel spreadsheet to breakdown the price of the case cost as the supplies cost change. I setup Production schedules and preventive maintenance schedules. I setup a recall plan for and emergency that would cause me to recall my product. Worked with designing labels according to FDA guidelines and was the first company to sell bottled water cases without any cardboard. In 2005 Woolrich Bottle Water sent 37 truckloads of water to the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

• In our first year of business we had made a profit, this is considerable because of the low margin of profit in water bottling.
