Consultant/Project Manager May 2015 to Jan 13 2017

Working with Delta Brands Inc. to help build a bottling facility in America. Started out as a consultant helping them pass a NSF facility audit in Turkey at their manufacturing plant. I then worked at designing and getting costs for building a liquid soap factory here in America. I also was certified by the US Military to supply water to the armed forces. I had NSF do plant audits to make sure we had the best sanitary facility possible. I worked with suppliers to get the lowest price on materials and with trucking companies to get the best rate on shipping. I planned yearly budgets and broken down case cost per item, and setup a excel spreadsheet to breakdown the price of the case cost as the supplies cost change. I setup Production schedules and preventive maintenance schedules. I setup a recall plan for and emergency that would cause me to recall my product. Worked with designing labels according to FDA guidelines and was the first company to sell bottled water cases without any cardboard. In 2005 Woolrich Bottle Water sent 37 truckloads of water to the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
