Developed onboard brake biasing system between the front and the rear wheels Product Development

Designed and Developed 3D Printer from scratch.(Rapid Prototyping) FDM (Fusion Deposition Modeling) the printer was developed such that, it could print with almost all type of plastics,(PLA, ABS, Nylon and so on) with a large build volume of 8000 cubic centimeters, with high quality deposition resolution of 60 microns at a speed of 60milimeters per second. It also could be remotely operated without any computer connected to it just by using a memory card loaded with the STL file.

Designed and developed #420 Pitch Performance Sprocket 38 teeth for motor bikes made with two materials, the outer profile of the sprocket is made with the hardened & tempered #4140 steel (EN19) and inner profile with Aluminum

#6063 T6 for weight reduction and long lasting durability of the teeth profile, the sprocket is found to 60% lighter than a conventional steel sprocket.

Currently working on design and development of the Salisbury type limited slip differential with clutch for FSAE cars with different ramp angles.
