Assistant Production Unit Manager for a $1 mil/day Operation Delivered the first ever closed loop decontamination system (Total Installed Cost-TIC of $2 mil) for the Sarnia Refinery major Turnaround - on time, with Goal Zero on Safety and Environmental Compliance

Used skillful leadership and collaborative approach in a Union environment for positive engagement & delivery of work between Operators and the vendor

Used project management skills to put back on track turnaround pre-work that was delayed 1 week, which could have resulted in turnaround schedule delay
