Recently, I have been working as a Sr.Com & Ben Supervisor at Al Abdul Karim Fashion, Riyadh Saudi

Arabia since September 2015.

Key Accountabilities:

To supervise department objective

To Manage Payroll to be paid on time

To check and review attendance and timesheets process to ensure accuracy in payroll and well maintained

records for future disputes

To prepare HRIS report after payroll completion and send it to HR Director & CRO. It consists of hiring,

firing, promotion, increment, transfers, headcounts, Saudization etc.

Work closely with CRO, Financial Controller and HR Director to define C& B department

To review and supervise employee vacations and accruals and keeping accurate records

To approve business trip requests & expenses and ensure correct receipts

To manage all off-boarding SOPs, especially EOS and clearance approvals

June 2013 May 2015: Worked as a Com & Ben Supervisor (Human Resource Department) at Saudi Company for

hardware (SACO), Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
