JOB DESCRIPTION

oEnsure work permits policy.

oEnsure safe working at site.

oTo identify hazard & risk and rectify.

oTo motivate worker to words for safe working.

oMaintain on daily basis HSE Static board.

oConducting regular Tool Box talk with workers to address the hazards at around their workplace.

oRegular inspection of construction activities and notifying the unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.

oInternal & External conducting daily, weekly, monthly, safety audit at site and finding out the improvements and any snags.

oResponsible for Client & Consultant correspondence for daily base issues and closeout of safety observations/violations.

oStudying the site layout details for new sites before commencing of work and permitting to works, camp inspection matter.

oInspection of Personnel Protective Equipment's on regular basis.

oRegular inspection of welding Plant and Machineries, coordinating for third party inspection of Tower cranes, mobile cranes and lifting tackles etc.

oInspections of Fire Extinguisher & Fire alarm.

oConduct random and regular HSE inspection of site work areas and correct immediately unsafe acts and unsafe conditions observed.

oParticipate in Safety Committee Meetings and in other meetings related to safety.

oConduct emergency evacuation drills to ensure workers are aware on necessary actions required during emergencies.

oEnsure color code system at site tools & lifting accessories.

o To identify and provide the necessary Personal Protective Equipment.

oEnsure compulsory Daily Tool Box Talk for all employees by concern job supervisor and keeping record of attunes.

oTo develop and enforcing to all permit to work like hot work, confined space, working at height.
