As the ISS for the Atlanta plant, I was tasked with the migration of an existing Exchange/Outlook email solution to a Lotus Notes environment. The project was for 6 months, and was completed in 4.I also built 75 pc’s to replace the existing network, including 3 file servers using Windows 2000 Server, 2 Database servers running Oracle Financials, and the reconfiguration of the Exchange 5.5 server to Lotus Domino. Sportslife / Crunch Fitness, Atlanta, Ga -New York City, NY. CTO, 1999 - 2000

I was initially hired as a contractor to integrate Sportslife, which had just been acquired by Crunch, into the existing parent companies infrastructure, which basically meant a simple Novel 3.11, 4.11 to NT migration. This was not the case, however. Upon reviewing the Crunch network, I recommended that major changes be made to that environment before the companies could be merged. This was brought to the attention of the new company, at which time I was given 1 month to merge the two. It took 3 weeks, and was accomplished on December 29th, 1999, at which time I was offered a position in NYC as CTO for Crunch Fitness, a position that I held until late 2000, when, due to family reasons, I was unable to relocate to the main office in New York. I resigned in November, 2000. Part of the plan for the eventual integration of the 2 companies involved the replacement of over 500 pc’s at all locations across the country, each one built, configured and personally installed by me.17 file servers were also replaced, as well as the main database and accounting servers at the corporate office in New York City. All of this work was performed by me, with all guidelines and deadlines being met well within the timeframes, and, well under budget. Jamison Research, Atlanta, GA

MIS Director, 1998 - 1999

As the leader of a small IT Department (4), we were tasked with the support of a leading information database for the commercial real estate market, which consisted of a mixed Novell, NT, OS/2, UNIX, Linux and Citrix based network. Jamison was sold to the Costar Group in 1999, and my position was eliminated at the conclusion of a successful integration. Before the completion of a successful integration, every machine had to be replaced because of Y2K concerns, I built 100 desktops, 5 data servers, all running NT 3.51 and Citrix 1.5,and 1 web server running NT 4.0 and IIS.
