Working Responsibilities are
One of the team member of GRN (Goods Receipt Note ) Team, Handling GRN status of PO’s. in SAP.
Updating GRN to the PO’s once good’s are received and confirmed by the Receiving Team.
Checking the GRN status of Goods and services of the PO’s in SAP,and informing to Purchasing team if any corrections and adjustments are required.
Monitoring Super market offers and updating the GRN in System based on Barcodes of the daily based offers.
Working on Business emails and Reporting GRN status to Manager on daily basis.etc.

Verifying the goods with PO (Purchase Order ) and Invoice and updating GRN in system based on PO,

Product identification (Inventory) process conducted on very month end base.
