While smaller in scale compared to my previous employment, Foundation recently completed a reverse merger to become public and has recognized the strategic importance of information technology. Reporting to the CEO as a member of the executive management team, I am responsible for leading a team that supports all aspects of the information technology for the organization. In addition, I am deeply involved in with business strategy and operations. Based upon my past experience, I have been charged with the responsibility to create and execute a technology strategic plan in support of the business initiatives to double in size within five years. My role also includes due diligence efforts for acquisitions and divestitures in support of that initiative. I have also overseen the development of a new surgically focused electronic health record with integrated revenue cycle management functions for our hospitals.
