its usage for offshore hookup projects.

Sourcing and Procurement

> Oversee all activities related to procurement like identifying and

developing vendors and negotiating commercial terms.

> Technical bid analysis, co-ordination of package units, review of vendor

drawings

> Budgeting and allocating funds for procurement and sourcing of

commodities ensuring their optimum utilization.

> Subcontract management.

> Monitoring the incoming material supplied by vendors and ensuring their

quality as per specifications.

Quality & HSE
