I have excelled in both large (McCain, Ralcorp, Novolex) and family owned (Natures Path, Parco, American Licorice) companies. I have strong people development skills and excellent interactions with customers.
Some of my accomplishments include:
• Proven track record of developing a safe work environment
• New product development and start up for McDonald's and Masterfoods
• Implemented SMED techniques to improve plant performance and increase capacity
• Developed Start Up Management process for installation of capital assets
