October 2011 - October 2016
I was the face of HMS through relationship development using a strong eld
presence within1 Samoa and other south pacic islands customer base.
Coordinated, directed, and managed personnel resources required to effectively
respond to customer needs. In conjunction with Corporate HR personnel, I was
the primary contact on all HR related matters at the branch. Overall safety,
security, cleanliness, regulatory compliance, and professional appearance of the
branch. Ensured all customer issues or problems were dealt with and resolved
in a timely manner. Responsible for submission of AR, vouchering invoices AP
GL accounts. New and used equipment sales, supervision of sales and service
departments, warranty/core returns and credits.

Production Operations Manager, Chicken of the Sea (COS), Pago Pago, AS
January 2009 - July 2011
I was accountable to the general manager for planning, execution of all aspects
impacting production to include supervision of 175 hourly shift employees.
Managing up to eight lines of production processing 150 ton of tuna per shift.
Identied inefciencies, providing solutions to optimize production.
Coordinated with HR to ensure compliance with all state and federal personnel
regulations. Responsible for knowledge and compliance for both OSHA and
USDA food safety regulation.
Crop insurance evaluator, USDA, Pago Pago, AS - June 2007 - December 2008
Worked closely with local farmers on island, explained and recorded proper
agriculture techniques. Assisted farmers with grant and loan applications to
increase their ability to increase crop yields. Submission of accurate reports to
regional USDA eld ofce.
Operations Manager, Great Lakes Motorcoach, Grand Rapids, MI, 2001-2006
Operated 20 pieces of rolling stock employing seventy full and part-time
drivers, mechanics and support staff. Responsible for budget management, eet
maintenance scheduling, state and federal regulatory compliance and employee
hiring and training.
United States Army, March 1978 - June 2000
Attended ofcer candidate school followed by ight school. During my career I
held multiple positions both in training and aircraft maintenance. During the
last four years of my service I was the regimental maintenance ofcer for the
82nd Airborne Division. I had direct supervisory accountability for readiness
and deployment of 36 aircraft along with support personnel and equipment.
Participated in process action reviews, identifying and implementing cost
reduction procedures.
